Once you have said yes and put the sparkle on your finger, one of the first things you will be excited to do is decide where to get married. There is no right answer as to where you should be married. Pick some place that you both love, that has a special feel and that works with your budget. If you are in love with where you are getting married, it will be a big step in getting everyone on board with the celebration. It is the first piece of your wedding puzzle.
Katie and Matt have both lived in the same town their entire lives. Both families are local, college friends are nearby. It makes sense that the wedding will be in their town.
Elizabeth and Jeff met at a friend’s wedding, thousands of miles from where they each lived at the time; far from where they grew up and where their families live. Should the wedding be where they live now, where one of them grew up or where they met?
Wendy and Michael met at college and have traveled together all over the world. On one of their trips they fell in love with a place, it’s people and the natural beauty. They knew then and there where their wedding had to be.
